North West Region, Blackpool Short Course Meet
400m freestyle British Record in a time of 4.31.83 and British and
European record 1500/800m freestyle split time freestyle in a time
of 17.34.75.
Welsh Masters Meet at Swansea. British Record of 4.39.41 in the
400m freestyle and a British and European record of 17.57.14 in the
1500m Freestyle which also included an 800m freestyle record
