YSA was the first County in GB to elect a Volunteer Co-ordinator and Club Liaison secretary. He is there to help you. The idea is that you can get help from other experienced Club Administrators if you have a problem and you are not sure what to do. If you have just got the job of Club Secretary or Treasurer, or just need advice, then email volunteer_coordinator@yorkshireswimming.org , say who you are and you should get a response in about 24 hours. If you have seen references to the need for Clubs to carry out Risk Assessments of their activities, and you are not sure what to do, follow this link to the government Health & Safety Executive's web site and download their document on 5 steps to a Risk Assessment.
